All bookings must be confirmed in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Bookings are only considered confirmed after receiving payment confirmation.

Full or partial payment must be made as agreed at the time of booking. Final payment should be completed before or on the event day unless otherwise agreed.

โŒ 3. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, advance payments may be non-refundable depending on preparation status and event arrangements. Cancellation charges may apply for last-minute cancellations.

Any changes in menu must be communicated at least a few days before the event. Last-minute changes may not be guaranteed and can affect pricing.

Client must provide accurate event timing. Delays caused by client-side arrangements may affect service schedule.

We ensure quality food and professional service. However, once food is delivered and served, responsibility for storage and handling shifts to the client.

๐Ÿ“ฆ 7. Food Quantity

Food quantity is prepared according to the agreed number of guests. Any additional guests may be charged separately.

Prices may vary depending on market rates or menu customization. Final pricing will always be confirmed before booking.
